Harley-Davidson Has Done It AGAIN!!!!

Harley-Davidson has done it again introducing a special 2011 1/2 model called the BLACKLINE!
This Softail boasts the lowest available seat height for Harley at only 24 inches.
It's a throwback, to the time of the choppers & bobbers of the 60's & 70's, with it's stance, black components, and raw edgy design.
It screams COOL and has several model specific features such as custom handlebars, clean looking dash panel, and two tone cylinders.

Although it has old school looks, it has all the technology necessary for dependable daily riding in any environment.
This 96 cubic inch power plant is nicely complemented by a smooth shifting 6 speed transmission.
The fuel injection makes for easy start ups and efficient fuel delivery.

Two miles into my test ride on the new Blackline and it was obvious Harley had hit a home run with this bike.
The stealth appearance and lower center of gravity really gave it a 'fighterjet' feel on the road.
Simply put, it has it all...looks, handling and dependability.
I love it...and you will too!

Come in and test ride the new BLACKLINE today at Harley-Davidson of Cartersville, Georgia's #1 Harley dealer!

Staying Power

In a time of many changes, one thing is for certain....Harley-Davidson is here to stay!!

Since 1903, Harley has been an American brand and staple in the motorcycle business.
Starting in a small shack with the most primitive conditions, 2 men forever changed the world of motorcycling from a hobby to a lifestyle.

William Harley & Arthur Davidson's first factory

Through prohibition, the Great Depression, wars, Stock Market crashes, and several presidents, Harley has remained triumphiant as one of the last American main stays.

Here at Harley-Davidson of Cartersville, we hang the Bar & Shield banners high and we are proud to offer our customers their own  piece of the American Pie!

As Georgia's #1 Dealer, we are here for the long haul!  We're thankful to our extended family of customers who have played a major part in our continuing success!!

Why Do You Ride??

I never thought I'd say this living in Georgia, but while we were snowed in earlier this month, I thought of warmer times.

Times that we all look forward to with your bike, a few friends, a tank of gas and no destination or timeline.

In this country, we have the benefit of our freedom!  We can hit the road at anytime and we are only a roll of the throttle away from finding adventure.

But WHY?

Why do we ride??

Is it the sense of adventure, the call of the open road or is it something entirely different all together?

Some ride to get somewhere when others ride to get away.
Many love to ride in large groups but others like to take solo excursions.

Some riders tour & prefer the long haul, but there are lots of riders that like to zip around town or cruise the boulevard.
No matter where or how you like to ride, the most important thing is that we live in a place where you can!

In fact, the next time you fire up your bike, remember the great sacrifices that have been made to give you that freedom.

So....why do YOU ride??????
